Where is Algorithm, Inc based?
Our headquarters is at 6724 Perimeter Loop Road #332, Dublin, Ohio 43017, United States. We serve clients across all 50 states.
What is your typical engagement model?
Most engagements begin with a fixed-price discovery sprint of two to four weeks. From there we move into time-and-materials or fixed-price delivery — your choice — followed by optional managed services.
How is your team structured?
Each project has a senior architect, a delivery lead, and the engineering team appropriate to the scope. All client-facing leadership is U.S.-based.
Do you sign NDAs and BAAs?
Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard before discussing a scope. Business Associate Agreements are signed for any healthcare engagement covered by HIPAA.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Yes. 24/7 monitoring and on-call response are available for managed-services clients with a defined SLA.
How do you protect client data?
We operate under documented security policies aligned with SOC 2 controls. Access is least-privilege and logged; we conduct quarterly internal access reviews and annual third-party penetration tests.
Do you build with my preferred technology?
We are senior in TypeScript, Python, .NET, Java, React, Next.js, React Native, AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks. If you have a different stack, we will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner.
How quickly can you start?
For a discovery sprint we typically begin within two weeks of signed agreement. Larger programs require longer ramp-up; we will be specific about timing in the proposal.
What does a project cost?
Discovery sprints are fixed-price and depend on scope, typically between $15,000 and $45,000. Build projects range widely; we will provide a written estimate within five business days of the discovery output.
Do you only work with large enterprises?
No. We serve U.S. mid-market businesses, growth-stage companies, and divisions of large enterprises. The common factor is leadership that takes software seriously.
